Return Policy for Domestic and International – We hope that you love our dressing outfits always, and never require to come to this page. But in an exceptionally rare case that you do, here is our returns policies:
Domestic Return Policy-
- The return and exchange product option will be active within 48 hours from the time of delivery of the product. And the same we do not have reserve product pickup facility so customer are requested to send product yourself.
- Any or all items that a customer would like to return or exchange must be unused and should be returned in original form/bag with all the tags and packaging intact. (for e.g. kurta must be returned in the original packing box). And the same items should be given to the delivery executive in an undamaged condition as well.
- We provide constant regular product updates to our customers through email and SMS during the return or exchange procedure. If you haven’t received any type of update or have any concerns, please email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you return or cancel an order, the paid price of the product will not be refunded to you, sorry for inconvenience. However, please check out carefully.
- If you wish to exchange the product or item because there is a mismatch of size or if you have received a small or bigger size, we will offer you with a replacement of the item but with additional shipping charges which will be borne by the customer.
- At Ghoomar Jaipur only size exchanges are allowed. This implies that we can offer a replacement only for the same product of a similar or different size simply. For instance, if a customer purchases, a pink kurta in size ‘xs’, the exchange choices for the kurta are confined to the other sizes available for the same exact pink kurta. The customer will not be able to exchange it with any other color kurta, which will have refereed as a different product.
- If the customer does not handover the product within 5-7 business days from the date of the return/exchange request being raised, the request will be cancelled from our end.
- If customers have any kind of concerns or queries or doubts regarding this, they can reach out to our customer care team.
- In aspect of domestic purchasing product/item return policy, we have a credit note facility which is valid up to 30 days after shipping the item. If the product/item is not in stock, then we can consider the order replacement. The product chosen should be of equal amount or more than the billing amount and if the order value is less than the credit note then balance amount will not be refunded. (shipping charges will be borne by the receiver.)
- Please note: If the product reaches our warehouse and after inspection our team finds that it has been used or something wrong happened with the fabric. Then we are sorry to say you, your product is no longer eligible for a return or an exchange as well.
- Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
- Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
- Validity of Credit voucher issued for exchange will be of 30 days.
CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER
If you have to cancel any order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at email@example.com Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%).
- If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at along with a photo of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a resolution.
- All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.
- For Size Exchanges, reverse pickup facility are not available for international shipments

International Return policy-
- We are sorry for the inconvenience as we do not provide return and replace facility/service from outside India or on international purchasing orders. Please do make sure that you are aware of the return policy eligibility before your place the order.
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at email@example.com
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the card used for making the payment. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%)

- Shopping made during sale at Ghoomar Jaipur are not eligible for any kind of return, refund or exchange.
